Fun I had with a scroll not long ago. I would not mind any comments people have on style etc. I am still not quite sure of my calligraphy abilities. X-posted.

Both in Black and white, and in Color. I am NOT sure why the one in color refuses to be viewed and saved in its proper orientation.

To be honest, I am sitting here with a face of surprised astonishment.

Like, whoa. In my wildest dreams I could never do this (and I tried)!

Yeah. I think it's rather good. ;)

I have one word for that....

DAMN!

If that was given to me I'd fall over.

Ah, naked guys getting stabbed. What's not to like?

Looks like the sword that goes through the picture is the same size when it goes in as out, is that intentional? I'd love to see it on higher-quality paper, but I assume you know that, and had reasons (finances, not practiced enough to pay for the good stuff, etc.).

Very nice.

I had not noticed that to be honest with you about the sword.

The paper however...:) It was my first real try with Pergamenta, and the stuff is amazingly awesome to paint on. It even looks fairly period.
One day I'll do this plate on properly absorbant watercolor paper so that the color comes out the way its supposed to. :)
