draconisregenaI talked to the landlord of the place next door again today. He thanked me for of all things "being a pest" about the apartment. It's true though, I do not give up easily on things that I want. Now I have been a pest but it seems the man is not going to do anything for the apartment unless I pester him. It's not the best of apartments but I really like it.
Supposedly he is coming to Bloomington tomarrow and he is going to talk to me about the terms of the lease. That means I could potentially move in in June or July. It depends on how quickly I can get stuff done in it. He's going to credit my rent for the work I do in the place.
September absolutely cannot come soon enough.
