I absolutely agree with mairegirl about triggers, oddly mine is my birthday as well. No matter what...it always turns out to be a bit of a downer, and I never feel special...I'm almost 40 and to old for this nonsense, but the same nagging feeling seeps in every year....*sighs* None the less, I keep getting older and can't make it stop!
