How does one keep one's skills up to par, when there are no fighter practices, no events and noone to fight with.
I don't want to be a complete loss when I come to the US again to fight. I fear that I am going to be and that I will NEVER be any good. I know I showed some promise once upon a time.

in it you will see the basic fundamental physiological principles for rapier combat. It also contains some tremendous solo drills to engrain them.
Buy the book, and USE it.
SLOW WORK!! it's the key, but first question every mechanic you have been taught, and verify it against human combative principles.
When your done with the drills in the book, I have lots lots more.
