Dad called today. He said if we could be discreet and not rub their noses in the fact that we'd be sleeping together we could stay at the house.

Needless to say I politely declined that invitation.
I have a hotel reservation already...

I'm glad you politely declined the invitation. It is their house, and they can make what ever rules they want.

A hotel room is a much better idea. That way no one is uncomfortable.

I remember when I was 30 asking for my parent's permission for Candace to stay over. Yeah... odd question to ask.
