2. What is your home kingdom?

The Midrealm


3. Have you ever lived in another kingdom? If so, where?

Technically I lived in Atenveldt before I ever started playing in the SCA...so it doens't really count.


4. Do you remember your first SCA event? When/what was it?

It was some tiny little event in the Northwestish suburbs 3 years ago. I didn't really care about the name of it at the time so I do not remember it.

5. Do you have any awards? (You don't have to list them if you don't want)

6. Do you list them after your name in communications like e-mail?

Why bother?

7. Do you have a device?

Not yet.

8. Do you use it? On what?

Well as soon as I bother to design it I will use it, on my shield. (were you expecting something different?)

9. Are you on all the kingdom/society lists available to you, or do you avoid them?

I am on some and not on some.

10. Do you keep your Pennsic/Estrella/Gulf Wars/etc. site tokens?

I keep the cool ones.

11. Do you keep the favors you've been given by royalty/friends/SOs, etc.? Do you wear them all?

I don't really have any favors. I got a coin once from HRM Noelle...but I can't really wear that. I would absolutely keep any I was given though!

12. Do you call your friends by their SCA names even when you're not at an event?

Yeah I do. But then it depends on if I even know them well enough to know their given names.

13. Do you go out to dinner in garb after an event?

Of course...That is part of the fun!

14. Do you have all kinds of garb, or do you generally stick to one period?

I have a bit of this and a bit of that. I'll wear pretty much anything that looks good on me, and a few things that dont.

15. How many interests do you have within the SCA? What's your favorite?

Fighting (both kinds), Illumination, Calligraphy, and Singing. Service too but I fear I do far less of that than the other stuff. I have to choose a favorite?

16. Do you have an SCA-oriented web site (to show off projects, keep dress diaries, etc.)?

I suppose my deviantart site...It has some of my illuminations on it. Yeah.


17. Do you maintain a hairstyle that is more period style than modern? How about any other part of your appearance?

My hair is period...its there and undyed and yeah....I don't style it in either mundane or period fashion.

18. Do you tell "No $###, there I was" stories? (Admit it.)

Who doesn't?


19. Authenticity is Fun. Yes or no?

Yes, but I don't have the time, the finances nor the drive to make myself accurate. I would love to. That would require from me more energy than I have at the moment. I will get closer to accurate eventaully.

20. Is there one modern thing at events that really bugs you?

I don't know really. I can't say that most things Really irritate me. It irritates me a little when people let their children run loose without any supervision. People on cell phones just amuse me.

21. Everyone has a shameful garb/accessory mistake hidden somewhere in their past. What's yours? (We're all friends here, we promise not to laugh. Much.)

My friends have been kind enough to not allow me out in something that would be shameful. I don't sew or anything so...they have made them for me. I haven't done anything terribly memorable.
