Suggestion: Make a visit to her grave. Daylight, preferrably a sunny day. Take along your happiest memories of her. Mentally sprinkle them about you while you're saying goodbye.
The best way I've found to deal with these things is to keep the good memories fresh and let the bad ones wither and die, like keeping a flower garden.
