Computer woes.

Okay so Mother yesterday dropped my computer on the ground. She was moving it, and aparently only picked it up using one hand. Physics didn't like her and it crashed to the ground. Laptops do not like this, and my computer is now complaining loudly about the treatment. None of the ports in the back are working properly, I have no USB ports at all anymore. It's overheated once an hour since she did this so...

Mother struck the fatal blow to my computer, and alas it is only a matter of time.

doesn't sound good. Is the fan running? It might be overheating because the fan was knocked out of alignment. I _might_ be able to fix something like that.

I agree - sounds like things got knocked loose. Might not be fatal. Might just be a case of opening it up, re-seating everything and reassembling.

I'm also concerned because it's been running really really badly. My dad already looked at it and didn't think it was something that could be repaired.
